For instance term ac:resourceCreationTechnique is in scheme Audubon Core Development and in collection Audubon Core Resource Creation Vocabulary, but this very collection is in scheme Audubon Core and not in scheme Audubon Core Development. How to resolve this?

One solution might be to allow a concept collection to be in multiple concept schemes. Would that be a valid approach?
