Keep or remove SKOS information in the provided RDF?

I’m pondering about the intention of this style sheet: when providing preferably ‘plain’ RDF should we remove the SKOS information elements or keep it?

These possibilities of transformed RDF come to my mind:

  • provide as much plain RDF as possible and keep the rest of SKOS information elements or
  • provide as much plain RDF as possible, remove all other content
