Proposed change to definition

Proposed new definition: The name of a person, group, or organization responsible for recording the original Occurrence.

Justification: Concatenating multiple values for this term only makes sense for spreadsheet representations, and so should not be part of the definition. The instruction to concatenate the list should be in the Text Guide (which, perhaps, should be renamed the Spreadsheet Guide.
