Notes: Scientific names are latinized Bi- or Trinomen including a species epithet and genus name or infraspecific epithet, species epithet and genus name respectively. Higher level categories have names that are latinized and in some cases with a given ending, eg -idae for family level names in zoology. There is no defined number of hierarchical levels.
