ABCD DNA extension

The DNA extension for ABCD includes a glossary of terms related to physical DNA samples and sequence data. The DNA extension for ABCD is intended to be used together with the core ABCD as ABCDDNA. It has been developed within the DNA Bank Network to be used to share data related to physical DNA samples within the DNA Bank Network. Based on this extension the current GGBN Data Standard has been developed and ABCDDNA is from now on an implementation of the GGBN Data Standard terms. The DNA Bank Network is a founding member of the Global Genome Biodiversity Network (GGBN).
