Template parameter

- when clicking the button “create a concept” on a concept scheme page and using a form for further editing, the button should pass on the scheme name/title “DublinCore” (?or “Dublin Core”) to the form filed “concept scheme” and fill in automatically “DublinCore” (?or “Dublin Core”) into this field. Listing of collections
Links that are placed now manually on a scheme definition page, e.g. on DarwinCore, should be queried automatically by SMW-#ask later on.
