A concept scheme is a vocabulary, thesaurus, or ontology of concepts, that is carefully reviewed and curated. Terms on this platform may be defined outside of a concept scheme, but ideally most terms should ultimately be curated in one or several schemes.

This class shows all Concept schemes (i.e. [[SKOS]] concepts schemes using [[Template: Concept scheme]]/[[File:Silk application form.png|16px|Form: Concept scheme|link=Form:Concept scheme]][[Has default form::Concept scheme|Form: Concept scheme]]) on the GBIF terminology platform.
